The proof of the Pulao, lies in Cooking IT and eating it!

We recently installed a biogas plant as a step to manage our food waste in the canteen. This was a collaborative project between International Labour Organisation, SWaCH cooperative, Vaayu Biogas and IISER.

This event is to get to know the various aspect of this intervention ranging from waste management, livelihood to a waste picker, renewable cooking energy and climate action. Most importantly many research possibilities to intervene and make this biogas every more efficient.

Even more important is that lets enjoy some Pulao cooked entirely on Biogas.
